Domestic (within Australia)
Within Australia, we use a combination of Australia Post and a courier service to quickly and safely deliver our wonderful toys and gifts to our customers.  If you do happen to miss the post or courier service, a calling card will be left.  Bright Buttons Toys has a simple delivery pricing schedule, rather than a complicated zone and weight system.  We have a standard flat rate charge of $6.95 for Brisbane customers and $9.95 for the remainder of Australia, up to 4kgs.  For items over 4kgs an extra charge will be incurred and this will be clearly stated on the item.  Such items include wooden kitchen stoves, doll's houses, wooden castles, and bikes. 

All orders over $300 are FREE to deliver.

What a great deal for larger and bulky items that are hard to handle from a store, such as wooden doll houses, bikes etc.  No heavy lifting and car seat re-arranging.

The majority of our parcels take 2 to 10 business days to be delivered to you, dependent upon your location. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please Note: November and December are very busy months with the Christmas purchases and whilst we try to deliver all of our orders within the 2 to 10 working days, there will be some orders that may take a little longer to be delivered. Clear notification will be provided in these circumstances.
