To change your settings to accept cookies, for Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options", then click the "Privacy" tab and make sure the sliding scale is set to "Medium", then click "Apply" then "OK". For Netscape, go to the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences", double-click on the "Privacy and Security" heading in the left column, then select "Cookies" underneath that. Then change your setting to enable cookies, and then click "OK".
